Nursing Necklaces and Breast Friend Reminder Bracelets are custom made to the highest standards of quality. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction by giving you a low cost, quality service, with friendly and concise correspondence and a prompt delivery.
All United Kingdom Breast-Buddies items are posted by Royal Mail 1st class recorded.
Charges vary between free and £2.50 per item. All items have their own postal prices stated next to the description - Just remember if you purchase more than one item we will auctomatically
give you a postage discount at checkout.
At Breast Buddies we take every effort to ensure the security of your confidential information.
Any data that you divulge to us will be handled and or stored responsibly as detailed within this policy.
Your details and e-mail address will only be used or stored by us for administrative or marketing purposes and will under no circumstances be sold or forwarded to any third party. You may make a written request for us to remove all of your details from our records at any time. If you wish to see a copy of any of the records we hold, you may request to do so in writing at any time subject to a small administration fee.
All Breast-Buddies items can be supplied at wholesale pricing with
no minimum order quantities. All Our items come with 35% off RRP's rising to 40-50% when
you have been with us a while or based on order size.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
- we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Damaged/Faulty Items: In the event that one of our products arrives damaged or faulty we will gladly replace your item free of charge. Buyer to pay return postage, which we will refund upon receipt. Please note we will NOT refund/replace your item until we have received the item back. We highly recommend you use a delivery method, which offers proof of return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
