Situated close Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and the other great areas Warwickshire has to offer in the lovely village of Braunston. Here in Braunston the Grand Union Canal and the Oxford Canal meet making this the heart of the canal system.

Here you can enjoy lazy days watching the boats meander past or enjoy long walks without meeting anyone else.

Our properties are presented in a way to make you feel as if you have taken our home over for the days you are staying with us. And what properties. The first is a 6 floor 2100 sq ft converted 18th Century WINDMILL. But don’t think we are still in the 18th century. The kitchen has all of the latest cooking appliances including an induction hob and steam oven. The main bathroom has a steam shower and huge round whirlpool bath. Each of these has it's own radio fitted as well!!

The Windmill sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms and with a 21 ft diameter lounge with 50" Plasma you have everything you need.

For couples we have our most popular cottage set in the grounds of the Windmill. This offers a wonderful double bedroom with an en-suite freestanding round bath. The lounge has a 32" plasma TV and the kitchen is fitted with all you will need. Our cottage is so popular that we have a waiting list so be quick if you see a date you would like to take.

Both The Mill and Mill Cottage each have a private hot tub for your private use for a small extra charge of £10 per use payable at the end of your stay.
