How long does delivery take?

We want to get your new shoes to you as quickly as we can! We aim to deliver all orders going to the UK and Ireland within a maximum of 3 working days after you have completed your payment. Deliveries to EU and Rest of the World will reach you within a maximum of 7 working days once your payment has been completed and authorised. We’ll email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add sales@branch309.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you! If you don’t receive your order within the maximum delivery time for your country and if you’ve not received any tracking emails, please get in touch with us by clicking HERE and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. We’ll send you further tracking emails so you know when to expect your order. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add to your address book so that we can get in touch with you!

What size should I order?

We stock LOTS of different brands and - just like clothing - they sometimes vary in their sizing. We stock footwear from all over the world but all of our shoes are listed in UK sizes. To check the UK size against US and EU sizing, check our Size Conversion Chart for guidance. We’re really sorry, but we’re unable to give measurements in centimetres. If you receive the shoes and they're not an ideal fit, don't worry! You can return them unused to us and get your money back. Click HERE for info on how to return the shoes to us.

What methods of payment do you take?

We are happy to accept PayPal as a method of payment. PayPal payment is instant, secure and easy to use, which is why we prefer it! PayPal is the only method of payment we accept. We’re sorry, but we’re unable to accept cash, cheques, postal orders, bank transfers or credit/debit cards as methods of payment.

All payments must be made through our secure checkout within FIVE days of winning your item.

We use an external checkout called ChannelAdvisor. Please ensure that you complete all FIVE steps of the checkout process. Due to the volume of shoes we sell every day, we use a secure external checkout called ChannelAdvisor. This is a safe, fast and secure way to pay for your footwear. As soon as you’ve won your item, we will send you a confirmation email that will explain how to complete the checkout for your order. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add sales@branch309.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you! As soon as you pay through the ChannelAdvisor checkout, your order will instantly update and your footwear will be dispatched within 24 hours. ALL payments must be made through ChannelAdvisor. We are unable to accept direct payment so please do not pay directly through eBay. If the ChannelAdvisor checkout is not completed in full within FIVE working days of winning your item, the checkout will expire, we will be unable to accept any payment and will not be able to dispatch the item to you. Will I have to pay duty or custom charges if I live outside the EU?

Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply if your delivery country is outside of the EU. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. We’re really sorry, but as we receive payment from you for your item, we’re unable to mark the package as a ‘Gift’.

Where's my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so that you can track the item with the courier. How many pairs of shoes can I order?

How many do you want?! There’s no limit on the number of pairs you can buy in any one transaction. If we’ve got them, you can have them! We offer FREE delivery on BIN items for delivery to the UK & ROI. Plus, UK & ROI customers can order up to TEN PAIRS within 5 days* and even if only ONE of them is a BIN, you still get the postage FREE! EU & Worldwide customers can order up to TEN PAIRS within 5 days*, and we’ll combine the shipping so that you pay less for the postage!

What's your returns policy?

We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they’re not suitable for whatever reason, you can return the unused shoes to us within 30 days for a full refund. We just ask that you return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded or Special delivery service to send the parcel in case you need to track it with the courier. Remember to include your completed returns card letting us know why you’re returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. The item you wish to exchange for can be written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the returns card along with any other comments. If you’ve lost your returns card, then please include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or an exchange. If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a refund for the product and your postage costs. Each of our listings will state whether the upper materials are Leather, Suede, Nubuck, Fabric or Synthetic. Leather, Suede & Nubuck are natural materials and can be either Cow or Pig hide.
