What's your returns policy?
We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if
it turns out that theyre not suitable for whatever reason, you can return the
unused shoes to us within 30 days for a full refund. We just ask that you return
them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original
packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded or Special delivery service to send
the parcel in case you need to track it with the courier. Remember to include
your completed returns card letting us know why youre returning them and whether
you want a refund or an exchange. The item you wish to exchange for can be
written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the returns card along with any other
comments. If youve lost your returns card, then please include a covering letter
with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item
and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please send them back to:

If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a
refund for the product and your postage costs. If you believe you have been sent
the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing,
including the UK size before returning the item to us. We are
only able to reimburse postage costs or delivery charges where the item is
faulty or if weve sent the wrong thing. Were really sorry, but we are unable
to take back used goods which are unsuitable or dont fit. This is in addition
to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
We want to get your new shoes to you as quickly as we can! We aim to deliver all orders going to the UK and Ireland within a maximum of 3 working days after you have completed your payment. Deliveries to EU and Rest of the World will reach you within a maximum of 7 working days once your payment has been completed and authorised. What Size Should I Order?
We stock LOTS of different brands and - just like clothing - they sometimes vary in their sizing. We stock footwear from all over the world but all of our shoes are listed in UK sizes. To check the UK size against US and EU sizing, check our Size Conversion Chart for guidance. Were sorry, but were unable to give measurements in centimetres. If you receive the shoes and they're not an ideal fit, don't worry! You can return them unused to us and get your money back. Click here for info on how to return the shoes to us.

What methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. As soon as you win your auction, we will email you with all of the details you'll need to complete our checkout process quickly and securely. We're sorry, but we're unable to accept cheque, postal order, credit card, bank tranfer or take payment details over the phone.
All payments must be made through our secure checkout within FIVE days of winning your item.

As soon as you pay through the ChannelAdvisor checkout, your order will instantly update and your footwear will be dispatched within 24 hours. ALL payments must be made through ChannelAdvisor. We are unable to accept direct payment so please do not pay directly through eBay. If the ChannelAdvisor checkout is not completed in full within FIVE working days of winning your item, the checkout will expire, we will be unable to accept any payment and will not be able to dispatch the item to you. How many do you want?! Theres no limit on the number of pairs you can buy in any one transaction. If weve got them, you can have them!
We offer FREE delivery on BIN items for delivery to the UK and ROI. Plus, UK and
ROI customers can order up to TEN PAIRS within 5 days* and even if only one of
them is a BIN, you still get the postage FREE!, and well combine the shipping so
that you pay less for the postage.
