All items purchased on a weekday will be posted within 24 hours... Items purchased after 2pm on a friday or the weekend will be posted on the following Monday. Bank holiday purchases will be posted on the following Wednesday.
All items are sent by Royal Mail Postal Service and are subject to Royal Mails delivery guidelines - i.e. 1-2 business days for 1st Class, 2-3 business days for 2nd Class. These times are guidelines only and Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within these timescales. If your item is late please ask at your local sorting office as item/s may be awaiting your collection.
In the event that your item goes missing, although frustrating, we have to wait 15 business days after despatch to allow for Royal Mail to deliver or redeliver item/s before taking any further action. We will do all we can to ensure you receive your purchase but cannot be held responsible for items missing in Royal Mails system. We obtain receipts for all items posted so please be patient as all we can do initially is report item to Royal Mail and then follow their procedures.....
Royal Mail's procedure means we cannot make a claim until the item has been missing for 15 working days. Once these 15 working days have lapsed I will give you a full refund or replacement item.
Returns
Should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly refund you.. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving item if a return is intended.. We will not accept returns if not notified or received back within 14 days of purchase..
Refunds
Refunds will be made same day as return is received.. We will e-mail you once transaction has been issued (please note only items that have no signs of use or wearage will be refunded & we cannot refund postal fee's)

We value your feedback as it lets us know your item/s arrived safely & that you are satisfied with purchase. We will always offer a replacement or refund for items that are ill-fitting, not to your liking or faulty. Neg & neut comments are a safe guard for buyers to warn others of unfair treatment. PLEASE do not leave neg or neut comments without 1st giving us the chance to rectify any errors or problems.
