Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with an order, please e-mail us, and we will work with you to ressolve the issue. This can hopefully give us the opportunity to ensure there is a happy outcome for all our customers. We want all of our individual customers to have a positive and friendly Bradshaws experience on Ebay. J
Once you receive your order and are happy with it please take time to leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you.
Please note that for "Non-Paying" Customers, who we are unable to contact, we will regretably have to submit them into 'eBay's Unpaid Item Process.'

Should you wish to return an item, please inform us via e-mail within 7 working days of receipt, stating your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please return the item to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please enclose the reason for return, the eBay item number, and the date of your original payment.
It is important to obtain proof of posting (Cetificate of postage) plus adequate postal insurance for your return. Should your parcel be lost or damged in transit we cannot compensate. The buyer is responsible for returned item postage costs.
The item should be well packaged using its original packaging where possible. It should be clearly labeled and sent back to the address below:

Returned items are only accepted if they are they are un-used, with intact shrink wrapping, and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note that we must receive and inspect the item before a refund can be issued. We will give you a refund of the purchase price. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
Exemptions from the above terms and conditions are:
1) If there is found to be a manufacturers fault;
OR 2) If an item is not as described;
In such an event, we will exchange/refund your item(s) and refund your P&P costs..

Lost / Damaged Items during Postal Transit:
Whenever possible, these will be replaced at no extra cost to the buyer, upon return of the damaged item(s) and all original packaging. (We need the original packaging returned, since it may be asked for in a full postal investigation).
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund (incl. all p&p costs), will be given instead, again upon return of the damaged item(s) and all original packaging. Please email us before returning ANY damaged item(s), or if your item(s) fails to arrive.
We will always send an e-mail notification when we disptach your order. We will do all we can to trace the item. If then after 15 days the item has not turned up we will begin a claim with Royal Mail who may require you to assist them with their enquires.
We retain Proof of postage and any insurance receipts so we can claim compenstaion for any damaged or lost items, plus their postage costs.
We are fully compliant with the Sale of Goods Act and the Distance Trading Regulations. Our Shop Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights

Please make sure your postal addresses are kept correct and up to date.
We can dispatch item(s) direct to your friends and family with a personalised message from you. To do this; add their name & postal address to your "My Addresses" Section found in "My eBay." Then select their postal address whilst in eBay Checkout. Submit your personalised message, using Paypals "Note to Seller" box. We will print it off and enclose it with your Gift item(s). (The Bradshaws Paraphernalia cannot accept responsibility for additional delivery costs, if items are returned by the postal service, due to incorrect postal address details. In such an event, redelivery costs will be the customers responsibility).
