U.K. Shipping: All goods are sent requiring a signature.

Shipping Outside Of The UK: To get shipping costs and to see if we will ship to your country please email us at sales@bodyshield.co.uk.  Buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER:

We will aim to acknowledge all orders by Email. We will aim to dispatch your item/s within 3-5 working days of receiving your CLEARED funds

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders may be subject to further credit card checks following initial authorisation. On occassion, international orders may be refused due to delivery issues in the country. If necessary we will contact you to discuss delivery options in order to fulfill the order.

Grades: 

• New:                     New Item
• Super Grade:   Unissued or Issued items that are in almost or as new condition, May have small signs of wear
• Grade 1:            Issued used items in good serviceable condition with signs of wear, fading or scratching
• Grade 2:            Issued used items showing MORE signs of wear, fading or scratching & there may be some damage. (RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON GRADE 2 ITEMS)

STOCK LEVEL

Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot complete an order the 'OUT OF STOCK' item or items will not be charged for / refunded

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY GOODS:

Please wait 15 working days if you are in the UK or 25 working days if overseas, for your goods to be delivered. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, Please contact us at sales@bodyshield.co.uk. You must included your full contact Email address, item description, date of order and full delivery address. A refund or replacement of the item will be offered, but only after written confirmation is received from the chosen courier that the package failed to be delivered.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

For a full refund of the Purchase price your order must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. With the original packing including all documentation and labels. If your goods are not received back within this time a 25% charge will be deducted from your refund. Postage will not be refunded  (This is the cost to send the order out to you). If your goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied you will be offered an exchange or a refund. All return costs payable by purchaser. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date we received your returned order, After the 7 day period, ALL refunds will be at the discretion of the Bodyshield

PLEASE NOT RETERNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON GRADE 2 ITEMS

Unfortunately due to health and safety we can not accept returns on Ear Pieces, If you are not sure that the Ear Piece will fit email us at sales@bodyshield.co.uk before ordering

Bodyshield reserve the right to make refund payments using the most convenient method. This may not always be the same method used in the original transaction.

SUPPLIED BY THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE:

Some products supplied by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) do not contain Labels, Patches, Stickers, or ballistic/stab/slash levels, due to them being removed prior to dispatch for legal reasons.

GUARANTEE OF OUR PRODUCTS:

We guarantee all of our products against defects, other than those stated, for 28 days after the dispatch date. We describe our products as closely as possible. As we sell a large volume of items, the product you receive may vary slightly from the description, and due to this, the picture is for illustration only.
