I do encourage buyers to ask questions prior to buying and i sell with pictures and honest descriptions. however, if you are dissatisfied in any way, please tell me, as i do accept returns in as sold/perfect condition.
As a seller who accepts paypal i have to take responsibily for my sales and i base my returns policy on thier returns/refund rules.
if a buyer is dissatisfied they must return the item to me in the condition it was sold. Seals and packaging must be intact and garments returned in the same conditinon they were received. I always have lots of pictures stored of items, not just the listing pics so can always answer any queries about damage.
Sellers returning items must use a trackable mail service ( or don't but then if it goes astray I won't refund ) and they meet the cost of this themselves. Payments made via paypal will be refunded using thier refund system. cheques will be issued for other method of payment refunds.
As a business seller I am obliged to take returns for buy it now items only, not auctions although if there is a problem with an auction item please do contact me.
On returned buy it now items I refund all your intial costs including postage but not the cost to return the item to me unless I have agreed to because the item is damaged or mis sold. I meet these costs only after the item is returned, I add it to the refund but if you want it first let me know.
No returns - no refunds.
I replace rather than refund for lost items where possible.
