Here at Boho Hippy all our items are packed in waterproof packing for the items protection.

All our henna is sent in boxes to make sure it arrives in an unsquashed condition.

All seeds are send within cards to ensure their safe arrival.

We use new packing mostly.  i know some might think its not very green but when you are buying goods its nice to know that the thing surrounding them hasn't previously been wrapped round some old pants or been pillar to post with 20 other ebayers stuff.

We post 1st class. Sometimes we use recorded or special. Sometimes we'll say we are and sometimes we'll just do it if we want to make sure something of value arrives safely and quickly.

We also use parcel2go as couriers for larger items.

If something doesn't arrive within a week or so please check with your sorting office in case they have not left a card.  We replace items if we have others in stock. We only refund if the item was an original and we will request that you sign a lost item declaration so we can let Royal Mail investigate in case there is an ongoing problem with a postman or sorting office in your area.  This will also be passed onto other investigatory bodies such as Police should the need arise. 

Our costs  include postage & new packing materials.

We always post within the timeframe on the listing and are not responsible for Royal Mails tardiness sometimes or them not leaving a card.  We'll do our best to chase up lost items where possible.
