ROYAL MAIL INDUSTRIAL ACTION
During the Royal Mail strikes we will continue to operate and despatch all our items as normal (if there are no collections on one day they will be sent on the next available working day). Please note that during this period there may be delays in the item arriving despite the goods leaving us on time, which are outside of our control. We would ask for your patience during this difficult period.
All our Royal Mail items include an option to upgrade to 1st Class postage which we would always recommend to minimize any potential delays.
If you prefer not to use Royal Mail we can upgrade any items that would be sent via Royal Mail to a Parcelforce delivery at a revised single postage cost of £6.96. If you do wish to take this option please email us BEFORE making any payment and we will send you a revised invoice.
