Do you offer any discount on postage if I buy multiple
items?
The
short answer is yes! We try to charge what it costs us to post and pack.
That way it is as transparent as possible for you the buyer.
Often
when combining smaller items it often doesn't equate to a saving because
it may still be cheapest to send the items with Royal Mail which is charged
purely on weight so bundling items together doesn't generate any savings.
As a general rule when the combined postage of your items reaches around
£7.50 we can shift to an alternative courier where weight is less of a
constraint and discount the postage.
If
you want to take advantage of combined postage discounts please purchase
your items and request a combined invoice through eBay BEFORE paying for
your items!
If
you are unsure just contact us before making your purchase and we will
be able to quote you a postage cost.
If
you don't request a combined postage discount where one would have been
applicable and pay for your items we will often upgrade your item to a
higher class of postal service in any case.

When
will my item be dispatched?
We
aim to ship all purchases made before 1pm on the same working day as payment
is received (Bank Holidays and weekends are shipped the first working
day afterwards) and we achieve this for 99% of items.
In
any case we will email you through eBay advising you when your item has
been despatched so that you may anticipate delivery.
If
for whatever reason we are unable to satisfy your order we will notify
you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to cancel your purchase.

My
item hasn't arrived yet - when will it be here?
Once
your goods leave us, no matter how hard we have worked to get your goods
out of the door as quickly as possible and no matter how much you need
the item to pack those 100 Nintendo Wii consoles you need to despatch
... we are at the mercy of the relevant courier service. If
you need an item urgently please select 1st Class postage or Parcelforce
24 when making payment. As a supplier our aim is to ensure that your
purchase is dispatched as soon as possible with your selected courier
service.
If
your item appears late please check the postal service you selected. The
normal times taken from dispatch to delivery are shown below:
Royal
Mail 1st Class - 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3-5 working days (although they may take longer)
Parcelforce 48 - 2 working days
Parcelforce 24 - 1 working day
If
your purchase hasn't arrived within the above time from the dispatch date
please contact us by phone or email. For delayed Royal Mail items the
most common cause of delay is the item being returned to the sorting office
without a card being left so you should contact them first. For Parcelforce
items we can check the tracking
Note
that we do not dispatch items during weekends, Bank Holiday or the Christmas
week so please take this into account when deciding if your item is late.

Do
you offer a faster postage service than Royal Mail 2nd Class?
To
keep our prices down we offer as standard 2nd Class mail with all our
smaller items and Parcelforce 48 with the larger ones. Standard Royal
Mail 2nd Class usually takes between 3-5 working days to arrive but may
take longer especially during busy periods. Parcelforce 48 normally takes
up to 2 working days.
If
you require an item urgently we would always recommend selecting 1st Class
or Parcelforce 48 and especially during busier periods.

Can
I contact you by phone?
Of
course ! Unlike some sellers we are always happy to answer questions by
phone. Often a whole series of emails can be avoided by a quick phone

Do
you ship to other countries?
For
Royal Mail deliveries we only ship within the UK - for larger/ heavier
items we do ship to some areas within Europe - please contact us for a
postage quote.

Questions regarding leaving feedback
The
feedback system on eBay now requests that you not only to say whether
you leave a positive feedback or not but also to rate the following:
How
accurate was the item description?
How satisfied were you with the seller's communication?
How quickly did the seller dispatch the item?
How reasonable were the P&P charges?
If for whatever reason you are unhappy, before leaving anything other
than 5* please let us know why so that we may have an opportunity to resolve
any matter and to further improve our service for the future. Your satisfaction
is very important to us !

Can
I return the item ?
All
our goods are covered by our 30 day no quibble returns policy. Providing
the goods are unopened and unused they may be returned for any reason.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the seller and on return
of the goods we will refund the amount paid less the initial postage charge.
The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was
made. If you have paid by card please allow up to 7 days for the credit
to appear on your account. Please contact on bluestar.uk@zen.co.uk us
before returning any item where full instructions will be provided regarding
the return.
In
the unlikely event that an item is defective please contact us as soon
as possible and no later than 7 days from receipt of goods.

How
will the Royal Mail Industrial Action affect my delivery?
During
the Royal Mail strikes we will continue to operate and despatch all our
items as normal (if there are no collections on one day they will be sent
on the next available working day). Please note that during this period
there may be delays in the item arriving despite the goods leaving us
on time which are outside of our control. We would ask for your patience
during this difficult period.
If
you prefer not to use Royal Mail we can upgrade any Royal Mail items to
a Parcelforce delivery at a revised postage cost of £6.96. If you do wish
to take this option please email us BEFORE making any payment and we will
send you a revised invoice.
