We have recently received negative feedback for items lost in the post.
We feel this is unfair and would like to stress to customers that the Royal Mail does not define an item posted as lost until 15 days after the date it was posted.
If your card does not turn up 3 to 4 days after we have marked it as despatched and it is close to the event date please contact us at mail@blueeyesgreetingcards.com with your ebay I.D. and the item number which you purchased.
If the card is urgent we can remake and re-post, please note that this is a good will gesture from us and we are in no way responsible for items lost in the post.
If the event is quite a few days or weeks into the future please wait for the 15 days to pass and then contact us. We will issue a claim to the Royal Mail and again as a good will gesture remake and re-post the card to you.
If you have any comments or complaints regarding the card you have received please contact us via e mail as above and we will sort it out, we are human and we do make mistakes sometimes but we are totally 100% committed to our customers and want everyone to be happy with their purchase.
