Buyer Pays Shipping.  All postage costs will be displayed clearly for each listing. Invoices will be sent out with UK postage on. Buyers outside the UK , please request a total or pay the relevant shipping costs that are clearly listed on item pages or your invoice when paying your payment. Any doubts about shipping costs , please request a total invoice. If shipping costs are underpaid , then i will send you an invoice for the remainder of the costs and your parcel will be delayed until the invoice for the extra shipping is paid. Items are sent out Monday to Friday within 24hrs of paypal or postal order payment unless payment reaches me after noon on Friday or it is the weekend. Then they will be sent Monday.

All items have to be returned and received back by me within 7 DAYS of DISPATCH if in the UK or 14 DAYS of dispatch overseas.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED AND RECEIVED WITHIN THIS TIMESCALE AS LISTED ABOVE, THEN THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED . UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE RULES OF MY RETURNS POLICY NOT APPLY SO IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN POLICY , PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

All Items have to be returned as received in original condition with tags attatched ( if item has tags ) and in original packaging , on hanger if was received on on and unworn ( not smelling of smoke , perfume or cooking )

ITEMS WON ON AUCTION : Do not fill out a returns form for auction items as they are non refundable. Items won on auction CAN ONLY be exchanged or a store credit given. Store credit lasts 6 months from date of return and you have to email me the item number , you DO NOT bid or use the buy now. Postage is payable on exchange or when store credit is given even if the item is advertised with free postage.

BUY NOW ITEMS : If you would like to return a buy it now item for a refund , then please fill out a returns policy through ebay in the resolution centre so i can authorise a return. If you would like to return a buy it now item for an exchange , then please just email me , Do Not fill out a returns form as these are for refunds only. Items have to be returned within 7 days of dispatch.

Here is how you fill out a returns form if you do not know where the form is, this is what you do , please go to the ebay help button , hover your curser over the help button and it will come up with 4 options , click on the option resolution centre , then there will 3 options for buyers , tick the box I want to return my item for a refund and then follow the instructions. Postage costs to return are payable by the customer and please send and get a proof of postage slip or send recorded delivery.

Postage costs are non refundable and if free postage was given then £2.50-£4 per item depending on the weight of the dress for each item returned will be deducted for original postage and packaging . Most of the dresses this will be £2.50 but i will let you know this upon when replying to the returns form.

All Items will be despatched within 24hrs of payment being received depending on the time or next day if paying by paypal or postal orders except when payments are made on a Friday after 12 noon Saturday/Sunday  were all items will be sent on a Monday.  I wait 5 working days for Cheques to clear. If paying by cash or postal order , then this will be treated the same as paypal payments. Items have to be paid for within 7 days , after this a personal email reminder will be sent , and then if your payment is still not received within the next 7 days , then a NBA will be filed and completed if payment is still not received. So please only bid if you are a serious buyer.

All items are sent first class unless otherwise stated in a padded jiffy bag or box. I would recommend that the optional recorded delivery is taken . If you want your item in a hurry in the UK , then please email me and i will do my best to get it to you in a hurry . If an option for special next day delivery is not available in the listing , then please email me and i will get back to you if i can do that for you. I always get proof of postage for every item sent.
