Standard Delivery
Every order we process is delivered by external couriers. We despatch the vast majority of orders within 2 days of receiving fully payment and delivery usually takes no longer than 48 hours once despatched. However these are just guidelines of usual practice. There are occasions when errors or late deliveries occur which we cannot prevent but in the event of this please contact us either via Ebay or our customer services line 08450 654000 and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We use a combination of couriers to maintain an efficient and reliable service to all customers: -
1.Business Post - this courier delivers the single and smaller items that we sell. They deliver consignments promptly on a 24 hour service. A signature is required with delivery but if you advise us we can arrange for goods to be left in a suitable place without a signature.
2.Palletforce - this courier delivers the larger products and job lots. They also deliver consignments promptly on a standard 48 hour service. If you have a forklift truck you can unload the pallet from the lorry yourself otherwise a tail lift and pallet truck is on board to help transport the pallet to a suitable location.
We send all customers a despatch email to advise them when the goods have been despatched and when they can expect delivery. This is to help you make suitable arrangements to accept delivery and wait no longer than is necessary to receive your order.
Deliveries can take place any time on your delivery date between 08.30am - 18.00pm. We are unable to provide times for delivery as courier routes can change frequently throughout the day depending on traffic and other unforeseen events.
Delivery Options & Surcharges
We are able to offer a range of additional delivery options made available by our courier services. Ranging from early morning deliveries to guaranteed delivery dates. We try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate your needs, here is a list of what we can offer and the surcharges to be paid on top of quoted delivery costs: -
1. Guaranteed delivery day / next day delivery - £10
2. Pre 12noon - £12
3. Pre 10.30am - £15
4. Saturday delivery before 12noon - £25
If you want to take advantage of any of the above services then please please make us aware before making payment and we can alter the amount and send you a revised invoice.
Delivery Postcode Surcharges
Certain postcodes are more expensive to deliver to and are not included in the delivery cost. Postcodes which carry an additional charge are: -
1. AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PW
2. Scottish Isles
3. Northern and Southern Ireland
4. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles
If you are ordering from these postcodes then either contact us before payment and we will amend the invoice with the correct surcharge or otherwise if you have already paid we will contact you after and take a further payment to cover the surcharge.
