All items are sent via Royal Mail Post - except where another service has been requested and paid for. We are NOT responsible nor liable for the loss or damage of items bought. Should an item sent from ourselves get lost or damaged by Royal Mail we will provide you with the `Proof of Postage` to enable you to make a claim with Royal Mail. Items will not be considered as lost by Royal Mail until 15 days after the Expected Delivery Date (UK) & 6 weeks after for International parcels. Only after these times will we send you the `Proof of Postage`.
