Postage & Shipping

I welcome customers worldwide and I always combine shipping where I can, so if buying more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice with the combined amount.  Please note that due to the weight of blankets & hammocks, discounts on multiple purchases are not that great, but please ask and I will try to be as competitive as possible!

Personal collections are welcome but by prior appointment only.

Payment Terms

I appreciate payment within 7 days of purchase.  For UK customers I accept Paypal, cheques, postal order or direct bank transfer.  European customers are invited to pay by Paypal and for European banks that comply, I also accept  direct bank transfer.   For other international customers I can only accept payment by Paypal.
 
Returns

I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.  If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform me within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
