The vast majority of our Betterlifehealthcare Items are delivered FREE of charge to any mainland UK address (please see below) by Parcelforce UK Courier Service. Any item/s ordered before 3:30pm from Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day guaranteed. Any item/s ordered before 3:30pm on Friday will delivered on Monday.
Standard delivery times are between 8.30am and 5.30pm but we can also offer premium services on some deliveries - Please call freephone 0800 328 9338 for more information.

This is often the case for our Rise Recliner Chairs, Electric Adjustable Beds, Mobility Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs and certain other items. This type of delivery will usually be advertised as 'Other Courier' and is FREE of charge to any mainland UK address unless otherwise stated within the listing. Please beware that any delivery address that is not classed as mainland UK (Zone 1 - Please See Above) will be delivered by courier and will be charged with an extra cost (Please See Below).
Any item including our Betterlife Setup Delivery will be delivered within 7 working days (unless otherwise stated). This delivery time is an average which means the item can often be delivered sooner than 7 working days depending upon your area and we will always call you 2 days prior to delivery to confirm a day and time with you. You can call our Freephone number on 0800 328 9338 to request an estimated delivery time or 24 Hour Delivery in some special circumstances.
The Betterlife Setup Delivery will consist of delivery from two of our own qualified technicians, installation and setup of the item and a full demonstration of the item. We will setup the item in any room of your choice, often upstairs for an Adjustable Bed or a Rise Recliner. We can also take away old furniture (old beds, chairs, scooters) for a charge of £25 depending upon the size.

Any specialist item that is ordered for an address outside of Zone 1 (Please See Above) will be charged at a specialist rate. This will be the case for Mobility Scooters, Electric Wheelchairs, Adjustable Beds, Rise Recliner Chairs etc and the price can vary depending upon the weight/size - Please always call our Freephone number on 0800 328 9338 for a price quote prior to ordering.
