Warranty on Goods

All of our products carry a manufacturer six month warranty, from the date of purchase, for any defects in manufacturing and/or materials.

This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.

All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken on the item the warranty will be considered invalid.

The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.

What happens if a fault develops whilst my item is still under warranty?

If a fault develops whist the item is under warranty please advise us by clicking on the "Ask a question" link with as much detail as possible. To assist us to help you resolve the problem any photographs you can provide when you advise us of the fault will help. This will ensure that there is no delay in resolving the fault that has arisen.

Depending on the nature of the fault it may be possible to send a replacement part. If not we will arrange to collect the item and return it to the manufacturer for them to investigate. Alternatively you may be asked to return the goods to our warehouse or direct to the manufacturer. You will be asked to pay all postal charges including returning your item to you, before any return is arranged. These vary depending on the item but you will be advised of the cost at the time. Occasionally these costs may be reimbursed, by the manufacturer, following inspection of the goods by the manufacturer if they confirm that there is a manufacturing defect with the item. However this is not normal practice by the vast majority of suppliers.

When an item has been returned to a manufacturer they will investigate the fault. If they consider it to be due to a manufacturing defect a repair will be undertaken, or a replacement sent, at no cost to the customer. However if the manufacturer deems the fault has occurred because of customer misuse, the customer will be responsible for all repair costs. These will need to be received before any item is returned to the customer. There will be no exceptions whatsoever & the manufacturers decision is final.

If a fault develops outside of the warranty period please contact us at clicking on the "Ask a question" link and we will advise if we are able to help. This will totally depend on the nature of the fault and the manufacturer of the product.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

No charges will occur if we receive notice, by email at clicking on the "Ask a question" link that you wish to cancel your order, prior to dispatch.
