If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box). We will refund the item price, but we will not refund postage costs. We reserve the right to impose a minimum £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way. Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form. If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements,an additional fee for re-posting will be applicable.
