We despatch everyday including Saturday. All items are sent out next business day.
Returns must be made within 7 days in original condition with tags still attached. Buyer is to pay return postage and obtain proof of postage from the post office. Refund will be given for the purchase price only. Postage costs are not refundable.
LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
LOST GOODS - When I post items I always gain proof of posting. If items are not received after 15 working days please contact me and I will help you with your claim for your loss. To aid with these enquiries claiments/buyers will be asked to provide further details as Royal Mail will then assess the claim in which the buyer has to make a sworn declaration. Overseas claims can take up to 3 months to complete
DAMAGED GOODS - In regards to damaged goods please retain all packaging and notify us on day of receipt. As with lost items a claim will be made. The damaged item must be returned within 7 days.
Please note postage costs are not just the cost of the post office charge but also the wrapping materials and as all items are well wrapped and this takes time plus a member of staff needs to be released to go to the Post Office with a vehicle, this all adds to the final cost of post & packing. But the service our customers get I am sure you will agree is worth the p & p charges. I do try to keep the costs down if multiple buys result in high postage costs i will try to find an alternative solution i.e courier and reduce your charges accordingly.
I will despatch worldwide on items which are not too heavy. International Sales are Paypal only.
