PAYMENT METHODS

• Our preferred method of payment is NOW BY PAYPAL ONLY.

SAVINGS AND DISCOUNTS ON POSTAGE & PACKING COSTS

• P&P for additional items is FREE regardless of quantity ordered in one transaction.
• Buyers can bid on items up to 30 days and still combine postage, please mail us when you have finished shopping for updated combined invoice with postage discount. Most shop items are now on FREE P&P but auction items are set at 99p but we will combine these on orders checked out in one transaction.
• We reserve the right to include orders with free P&P in other orders despatched at the same time to save our costs. eg 2 separate orders in one package.
• All UK items are despatched using 1st class Standard delivery unless Recorded delivery has been chosen at checkout, ALL orders will have a Certificate of Posting obtained from our Post Office for your safety.  Some larger orders will be despatched using recorded or special delivery at no extra cost according to their value. 
• These methods are to protect buyer and seller against loss, damage, theft and fraud.
• For items lost by Royal Mail we will send you a statement of non delivery to sign and replace your order on receipt of this statement, this will enable us to start an investigation with a Royal Mail Claim for loss. We claim for EVERY lost item from Royal Mail, they may also contact you during the investigation.

RETURNS POLICY

• BellysbrideGemz fully comply with all legal requirements under both the Sale of Goods Act & the Distance Selling Regulations..

• In the UK you have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations with regards to Internet shopping. See the website at www.dti.gov.uk for more information.
• If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they MUST be returned AS NEW and UNUSED (i.e. in the condition you received them), with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 14 days of receipt for full refund less original P&P costs. YOU are responsible for return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ALL RETURNS

• You MUST contact the BellysbrideGemz Team by email first before returning your item. We recommend a Certificate of Postage obtained free of charge from your Post Office or recorded delivery for all returns as items can NOT be exchanged or refunded until receipt.
• ALL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN BY THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT ie if you pay by paypal we will refund by paypal - no exceptions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Items undelivered and not collected from your post office will be returned to us and may result in additional P&P charges to repost.
• All orders will be delivered to the registered ebay address, customers must comply with ebay policies and keep these details correct and up to date, BellysbrideGemz will not accept responsibility for additional delivery costs after return due to incorrect address details in ebay, these redelivery costs will be the customers responsibility.
• Please note that due to the nature of natural gemstones, items may vary in colour and pattern from the listing picture but if you are unsatisfied in any way please mail us.  We recommend you wash your beads in warm mild soapy water to remove anything that may be left over by the manufacturing process.
• All bead & string measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the variation of each bead size.
• Some beads listed and photographed as a string may be substituted with an equal number of loose beads where a string is not possible or unavailable.
• We are an internet only business and due to planning and  insurance regulations do not accept personal callers. Registered business address for administration: Oxford Street, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 9NA stock is not kept on these premises and is for postal, returns and administration purposes only.
