I try and keep P+P costs down as much as i can, So Please remember that there are 2 P's in P+P, and that it is just not the postage you are paying for but the costs also cover any charges for the packaging your order arrives in, ie jiffy bag, board envelope!!

PLEASE NOTE: Athough most items are dispatched and posted within 1-3 days of payment being received, some items such as Handmade, Hand finshed Toppers which are all cut to Order, can take up to 7 days before dispatched especially in busy periods or unforseen circumstances. If you want to purchase an item which you need urgently please email me, before purchase, for availability and will help if possible will to get this item to you for the required date.
I will try my best at all times to avoid delays my end, but i feel quality and care to detail comes above everything else, so if an extra day or so is needed to complete your order then i would rather do this and delay dispatch so as you are completely satisfied and happy with youre order rather than it arriving quickly and you being disappointed!! If however you feel after emailing me for an update on the status of your order the delay is tooo long, please feel free to cancel your order and i will be happy to give a no quibble Full Refund for your purchases. I thank you inadvance for your patience's when at time these delays may occur.
Please rest assured that i am an honest person and seller and if your items are delayed in you receiving them then there is a very good reason, whether it has been delayed By royal mail, or a delay my end, and i endeavor to dispatch all orders as soon as is humanley possible.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
Please be aware if your parcel is late in arriving and you have made contact with me and your parcel has been dispatched, Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 15 days(For Domestic Parcels) and 25 Days for International parcels,until these days have passed since posting date, so a claim can not be made until this time.
All sellers are not the same and have different policys on lost parcels, mine are as follows:
. In the event your order/parcel has not arrived, after 10 days please contact me, if your parcel was sent with tracking, i will track online for you and get back with any information found. If it is found that your parcel as in fact been lost by Royal Mail, i will for Orders of £5 & UNDER will issue buyer with an immediate refund or replacement which ever is desired. However i do ask that if your the lost/delayed parcel should arrive after refund is given could you please inform me as royal mail will KNOW and i will not be able to claim to will have lost out twice!
For orders of £5 & OVER a claim with Roayl mail of which i will do on your behalf, will be made first before a refund or replacement can be made. Some claims can be very quick, others can take longer, royal mail may contact you if i need to make a claim for your lost parcel, so the quicker that any information is given the sooner a refund can be made.
