If any Bean bag fails because of workmanship or defects, we will fix or replace your Bean Bag at no cost to you. (This excludes postage and packaging)
"Lifetime" means the reasonable expected lifetime of the product
We will guarantee for the lifetime of the product that should this product fail during normal usage as a result of material or manufacturing fault, excluding fair wear and tear (which also includes colour fading or excessive washing), then the product can be returned to us for repair or replacement.
