The majority of orders are sent out first class within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. On rare occasions there might be a small delay.
 
We do not generally hold onto orders for out of stock items. Whilst we do our best to only list items in stock mistakes can happen and once they are picked up buyers will be refunded accordingly and the remainder of the order dispatched.
 
We will post some higher value orders out Recorded Delivery at our own expense.
