I post every day Mon - Fri and quite often on saturday mornings.If you order before 2.30 pm you order will be posted the same day,orders after this time will be posted the next morning(mon-fri) All orders placed over the weekend will be posted Monday morning. All items in the UK are posted 1st class mail, or air mail outside the UK. Should you require a GIFT to be sent directly to someone please contact me by email through ebay messages with all the details and I will send it wrapped with a small hand-made gift card atno extra charge :-) RETURNS POLICY If not completely satisfied, items are returnable within 14 days of purchase, except regretabley, in the case of earring which are not returnable for hygene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
