All deliveries are made by either Courier or Royal Mail

All services are expected to be delivered within 2-5 working days (for orders placed before 3pm). All items must be checked for damage before signing for any goods. If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, the courier should leave a calling card and take the parcel back to your local depot. The delivery should then be automatically attempted the next day. If delivery is still unsuccessful then your parcel will be held until you contact the courier to rearrange the delivery on a more convenient day. If there’s no one available to take delivery at the address specified you can collect the parcel from your local depot, with 2 forms of identification. If delivery has been unsuccessful after approximately 5 days and the courier has been unable to contact you, the parcel will be returned and charges will apply for re-delivery. |

Most items are delivered within 1-2 working days although deliveries can take up to 5 working days. If there is no one at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the customer will be carded and the parcel can be collected from local sorting office |
Our Shippers require a signature to accept the goods. You may authorize someone else at the delivery address to sign on your behalf to accept the goods. It is your responsibility to inform anyone who may be signing on your behalf what to do, because you will be bound by the same terms and conditions as though you had signed the document yourself.
There are 3 acceptable ways of signing the delivery note.
1) Give an unconditional signature only if you are satisfied with the condition of the goods.
2) In the unlikely event that the parcel is presented to you in a damaged condition, please write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note with your signature.
3) Please ensure that you are only signing for the number of parcels being presented, and indicate next to your signature the number of parcels received if it does not match the number shown on the manifest.
Signing for the delivery as “Unchecked” or “Uninspected” is not sufficient and will not give you any right to claim for damage or short delivery at a later time.
Claims for damage sustained to goods in transit can only be considered if:
· you have signed for the delivery as 'DAMAGED'
· you inform us within 24 hours of the delivery
If there is no one available to sign for the item, the courier will leave a card indicating the date and time of the visit, the consignment reference and a contact phone number for the courier. It will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange for re-delivery.
If the item is returned to us because the address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete or you have failed to respond within a reasonable time to a card left by the courier then you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Returns
For damaged goods on receipt, please contact immediately. All returned items must be in original packaging and must be returned within 7 days.
On any correspondence name of buyer and ebay item number must be included for item to be processed quickly.
Errors and Misdescriptions
Occasionally errors can occur in descriptions or pricing of products, we therefore reserve the right to cancel the contract by written notice or e-mail, and to offer you a complete refund including delivery or an exchange for the correct product and price or nearest equivalent.
