SHIPPING

All items will be sent within two working days of payment being received. 

Larger and more valuable items will be sent via UPS.  They will need signing for on delivery and have a tracking number available on request.

Smaller items will be send via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

International items will be sent via International Signed for.

If you have an alternative preferred method of delivery please email us and we will happily get a quote for you.

Please note:  We pack our items very carefully to ensure items are not damaged in transit, however if you feel an item has been damaged during this process please contact us so we can start a claims procedure with the shipping company.
