We aim to ensure complete satisfaction every time someone orders from Barratts Priceless Shoes. We have compiled a short list of frequently asked questions from other customers who have shopped with us previously. If you cannot find what you are looking for, then please contact us directly:

Customer Questions

Where do you ship & how much does it cost?

As soon as you have completed checkout and your payment has been cleared, we will despatch your item/s to you. All of our items are available for delivery to Mainland UK, Offshore UK, Northern Ireland &The Republic of Ireland.

  • Our Standard delivery service is FREE for delivery within 7 working days of despatch (Mainland UK only).
  • Our Premium delivery service is £5.50 for delivery within 3 working days of despatch (Mainland UK only).
  • Postage to Offshore UK and Northern Ireland is FREE and delivery is expected within 7 working days of despatch.
  • Postage to the Republic of Ireland is FREE and delivery is expected within 10 working days of despatch.

Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-6pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.

Parcels delivered to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are sent via the courier HDNL. HDNL will make at least two attempts to deliver (A card should be left to state attempted delivery with you), if the delivery cannot be made the parcel will be returned back to ourselves and not left at your local depot for collection as would happen with Royal Mail deliveries. It is therefore very important that you provide a shipping address where you will be able to take receipt of the parcel or have somebody to take receipt of the parcel for you. We have no problem delivering to works addresses.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

As soon as you have completed checkout and your payment has been cleared, we will despatch your item/s to you. All of our items are available for delivery to Mainland UK, Offshore UK, Northern Ireland &The Republic of Ireland.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been despatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add darren.beardsworth@bplshoes.co.uk & ebay.enquiries@bplshoes.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you!

What methods of payment do you accept?

PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. As soon as you win your auction, we will email you with all of the details you'll need to complete our checkout process quickly and securely. We're sorry, but we're unable to accept cheque, postal order, credit card, bank transfer or take payment details over the phone.
All payments must be made through our secure checkout within FIVE days of winning your item.

Please ensure that you complete all FIVE steps of the checkout process. If the checkout isn’t completed within FIVE days, we will not be able to accept your payment and we will be unable to send your item to you. Click here for more info about our checkout.

Why do I have to pay through an external checkout?

As soon as you’ve won your item, we will send you a confirmation email that will explain how to complete the checkout for your order. Due to the volume of shoes we sell every day, we use a secure external checkout called ChannelAdvisor. This is a safe, fast and secure way to pay for your footwear. As soon as you pay through the ChannelAdvisor checkout, your order will instantly update and your footwear will be dispatched within 24 hours. ALL payments must be made through ChannelAdvisor. We are unable to accept direct payment so please do not pay directly through eBay. If the ChannelAdvisor checkout is not completed in full within FIVE working days of winning your item, the checkout will expire, we will be unable to accept any payment and will not be able to dispatch the item to you. How many pairs of shoes can I order?

How many do you want?! There’s no limit on the number of pairs you can buy in any one transaction. If we’ve got them, you can have them! And what’s more, customers having their orders delivered to the UK or Ireland can get their order delivered absolutely FREE using our standard delivery service.

What's 'combined shipping'

If you order up to eight pairs within a five-day period to be delivered to the UK or Ireland, you can combine the shipping so that you only pay one amount of postage of £5.50 (Premium delivery only). The last item must be won within 5 days of winning the first item. All items must then be paid for at the same time, this being within 5 days of winning the first item. You will be sent an email with a link to the checkout after winning each item, so only click on the final checkout link to make sure you’re combining the shipping on all of your items.

What's your returns policy?

If the shoe fits....wear it and be proud. If not (or you simply do not like it) send it back to us. Please return the same, unworn product to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.

You are responsible for the postage costs, but if the product is faulty then we will refund the cost of postage.
