Terms & Conditions
Hours of Business
Our Standard Hours of Business are 9:30am until
4:30pm Monday to Friday. We aim to answer all queries within 24 hours.
We cannot guarantee to answer questions out of these hours, although we frequently will.
Payment
All payments should be received by us no later than 7 days after the end of auction. If there is a problem doing so, please notify us ASAP.
Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling Only.
I accept the following payment methods from the UK.
- Paypal (Please note - eCheques take approximately 10 UK working days to clear.
- Nochex (Please ask for Nochex invoice if you wish to pay by this way)
- Cheque (crossed account payee only).
- Postal Order (crossed account payee only).
If paying by a Postal method, please complete checkout and once the payment is posted, mark the auction as "Payment Sent".
We cannot be held responsible for payments lost in the post.
Please make cheques and Postal Orders payable to "Bargainz 4 U".
All overseas payments are due in pounds sterling by Paypal.
Postage & Packing Prices
Please note. Our Postage and Packaging prices INCLUDE for the cost of the envelope, bubble wrap, labels, cellotape, and the franking impression.
Postage on most items are "Flat Rate". There are exceptions to this, which are generally items which are required to go by Packet Post, which will be rate based.
Non Paying Bidders
All Non Paying Bidders
will be processed as such via Ebay. This is done after 7 days when no contact has been made. This enables us to recover part of our fees.
Delivery
Your purchase will usually be despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (Mondays to Friday), so you should receive your item within 7 days.
If there is a problem, we will notify you as soon as possible.
When there is a postal strike, we do not post on these days. Items will be posted on the first working day after the postal strike has finished.
If your item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within
14 days of receipt by email or through the eBay system.
Items are only classed as lost, 15 working days after postage. This is in line with the Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions. Until this period has elapsed, we cannot replace lost items.
Returns Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order by email or writing, no later than 14 working days after the day of receipt of your order (UK & EU Members only).
All returns must be notified in advance to me. Items returned without written notification us will not be accepted and it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the items return.
All returns must be be posted and post marked within 14 days of agreement of return.
For Health & Safety Reasons, items that
have been unsealed* may NOT be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items are despatched in heat sealed packets.
*Chains may be removed from packaging to check the length is
satisfactory.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item to me,
at your cost. I recommend that you use either Royal Mail "Signed For". I can only refund/replace products upon their safe receipt by me. Refunds will be made no later than 30 days of receipt. of the returned item.
Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
For Unwanted items (Applies to EU Members only)
Refunds will be made for the product costs only. No Postage costs will be refunded
For Incorrect Items (Applies to all buyers)
This is a very rare occurance. The correct item will be sent upon receipt of the incorrect item. Your costs to return the product will be refunded.
For Faulty Items (Applies to all buyers)
Items will be replaced subject to not been neglected or mis-treated for a period of 14 days after despatch. These will be replaced by the same item. If this is unavailable, a refund
or substitute item will be offered. (ITEM MUST BE RETURNED FOR ALL REFUNDS).
Please be aware, you will be asked to return these item(s) or provide proof of failure/item being broken upon receipt. Postage costs to return the product will be refunded.
Returns should be posted second class "Large Letter" with a certificate of posting showing the full returns address or second class "Large Letter Recorded".
If you pay by Paypal or Nochex, any refunds will be made by this method.
If you pay by Cheque or Postal Order, refunds will be made by Cheque only. I will under no circumstance refund by Postal Order or Cash.
Privacy Policy
When purchasing from us, your contact details are provided by eBay and/or Paypal. We use this information to be able to despatch your goods. We never sell/spam or give your details out to any third party.
We will not participate in any of the Paypal "Get Rich Pyramid schemes" so you can be sure that we will never send these emails out, in turn we would expect the same courtesy back. If we receive any emails such as these, they will be reported as spam.
We will only send emails in two instances:
- To contact you with regard to any transaction you have participated in.
- To send you Special Offer or Shop update information. For this you must be subscribed to a mailing list. We only send these mailshots out through eBay, so you can easily unsubscribe from within eBay.
