What is your return policy? |

Our returns policy is described in our Terms and
Conditions page. We accept returns on items that are for piercing only
if they are faulty or if they are still sealed. |

I want to buy several items. How do I do this? |

A. |
This is straight forward as we do not operate an
Instant Payment Required policy. Just enter the quantity you require and
click Buy Now on the item. Move to the next item and do the same. Repeat
until you have finished your order, then request an invoice, or
hopefully, eBay will calculate the correct postage. If you overpay, we
can issue a refund for the difference. |

Do you combine shipping? |

Absolutely. Nearly every item is added with no
extra P&P. There are exceptions to this, such as gift boxes, where
weight can be an issue. Simply ask for a price on P&P before buying, or
request an invoice upon checkout. For 2 or 3 gift boxes, there is usally
no extra charge with the exception of overseas orders or the novelty
boxes. |

When can I expect my order to arrive? |

We usually post within 1 working day on receipt of
cleared payment. Occassionally, we may run out of stock due to not being
able to syncronize our website with Ebay. If this is the case and we
cannot despatch within 3 working days, we will contact you to notify you
and offer you a refund or the option to substitute the item with an
alternative. |

Do you ship internationally? |

Absolutely. We are happy to ship international and
do this on a regular basis. Please note, that if your country is not in
the EEC, you may be liable for import duty. This is the buyers
responsibility to pay. |

I haven't received my order yet. Has it been
despatched? |

We generally send an email the same day as an order
is despatched, although depending on workload, we may not get the chance
to do this, and the email may go late evening or next day. If in doubt,
just ask, as we can double check on the postage software. |
