We offer full after sales service and a minimum of 1 years guarantee on most of our products.If you are looking to modernize your house in the best and most economic way possible, you have found the right company to do this with.

Postage and Shipping

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it's safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.

All our items are brand new and will arrive packed complete with the appropriate fittings. Buyer must insure that goods are signed for on delivery. Please check all goods upon arrival. Once goods are paid for you should expect delivery within the next 3 to 5 days from date of dispatch email. Please note the couriers might be a day early or a day late depending on their work load. If a contact number was left they should call you before delivery.

We ship to all UK mainland destinations, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Isles. Please note shipping rates online only applies to UK mainland destinations.Delivery varies for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland  and all the Isles.You will need to email us on sales@bathaholic.com  for a quote.

Please leave your daytime telephone number for our couriers. If you do not receive you product within this period or if you need to find out exact day of delivery please call us on 01235849740 or email us on sales@bathaholic.com  a day after your dispatch email for your tracking number and your couriers local depot number.

Payment Method

We accept Paypal as well as all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. When ordering with debit/credit cards or paypal, you must provide the exact billing address and contact details. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card is properly received.

Please note: All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. 

Return Policy and Terms

Once the goods are delivered and signed for, they become your responsibility. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on delivery of the consignment or within 24 hours either by telephone or email. We will then redeliver your goods immediately without any questions..

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you bought the item in error you have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days from date of delivery for credit or refund. It is your responsibility to return goods in pristine condition in its unopened, original box. You will be responsible for the cost of the return and the safe return of the goods. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection.

We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
