Delivery
We appreciate how frustrating it can be when orders are not received when expected. Fortunately as one of eBays largest UK sellers we have a long experience of order delivery and we are always pleased to help.

We offer a number of delivery options during checkout and can arrange Saturday deliveries for many items.

Have your order delivered to your local Post Office


We can now offer the convenience of delivery to your local Post Office. We'll even give you a FREE tracking number and advise you when it has arrived. Simply leave a message with your PayPal payment confirming your preferred Post Office. Our dispatch email will confirm the address and we will advise your tracking number by email to your registered email address.

Shortages
Please report all shortages within 3 days of receipt.

When will my Order Arrive
The majority of orders are received within 1 to 5 working days after dispatch, occasionally it can take longer. Our feedback will reassure you that our record is excellent.

The most common reason for an order not to have been delivered is that it was too large to be posted through your letter box. These orders will be taken back to the Delivery Office to await collection. Your postman or woman will normally leave a card to advise how to arrange redelivery or collection. You can also arrange redelivery on-line at http://www.royalmail.com/redeliver. Orders are also often left with neighbours, behind dustbins, in outhouses etc. Sometimes delivery addresses in PayPal or eBay have not been kept up to date.

Where we have to redeliver due to non collection or an incorrect or incomplete address we reserve the right to make a redelivey charge of 20% of the original item cost (A minimum £1.97 and maximum £9.99 will apply).

Delays can also be experienced if you paid by PayPal eCheque or by a postal method.

If your order has not been received when expected (and more than 7 working days have elapsed) you should contact us using the 'Ask seller a question' link in the  item listing. Please include your delivery address with your message.

We will respond confirming when your item was sent and with advice on what to do next.

If the order would have been too large to fit through your letter box we will always ask you to confirm that the order is not waiting to be collected from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. This is not the Post Office. Don't worry if you have not had a 'while you were out' card - it is not unusual for these to have been lost or unavailable. When you visit the Delivery Office you should take some form of identification with you which bears your address.

If your order is not collected it will be returned to us and you may have to pay a further delivery charge.

For certain items or high value items for our security and yours we may ask you to report the loss via eBay. Advice on this and further help can be found at Bamford Trading Help

Please note that to minimise theft we cannot refund an order which has not been received. You can return any order if you wish to cancel it.
