Refunds and Exchanges T&C's
All refunds must be arranged by prior agreement.
I must be notified by email within 7 days of item receipt of your intent to return.
Items must be returned to me initially at your cost using a tracked/recorded method of delivery.
The Item Is Not As Described? Items may be returned for a refund if they are not as described.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in
order to qualify for a full refund. If the item is not as
described then I will also refund the cost of return postage
The Item Is Faulty or Damaged In Transit? Items may be returned if they are faulty or damaged in transit.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to
determine the fault details. If the item is faulty then I will also
refund the cost of return postage.
I Have Another Reason For Returning The Item? Items may be returned for any reason for a refund.
If the item is as described or not faulty then the cost of return postage
must be met by the buyer.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
