 | A: We post the items as soon as payment is received (usually the same day). Items can be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days. Note occasionally items may take slightly longer to arrive. |

 | A: Depending on the size of the item, if it is small or medium in size we will send internationally but if it is large (eg Umbrella, Club or a Bag) we don't send those sized items. |

 | A: All of our items listed are allready at the lowest price we can sell them for. We can only offer discount on combined postage. |

 | A: If your item does not arrive in the time specified in the listing this could be due to a problem at the post office. Ocasionally postal strikes can affect delivery times. Also sometimes we can experience a temporary shortage of stock on a certain item and this may take slightly longer for us to order in. |

 | A: We can usually always offer more of an item than is currently listed on our ebay store for an agreed price. This may take slighly longer to arrive if we do not have the items in stock. |
