We are willing to combined postage on multiple purchases if all items are paid for in one payment. If paid separately they will be sent separately. We post daily (Monday - Friday) and usually use first class post. For parcels lost or missing we will give a full refund once the Post Office has confirmed that the item is lost (we always obtain a receipt of postage).
