We will offer a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement in the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it. Please contact us using the ‘ask seller a question’ feature or the contact member link on our feedback page within 7 days of receipt. PLEASE ENSURE YOU GIVE EXACT DETAILS OF THE FAULT.
Please note all DVDs returned as faulty will be tested before a refund or replacement is sent. If no fault is found then the item will be returned to you at your expense. This policy is strictly enforced as our suppliers will not refund items unless they find a fault and unfortunately a small minority want to watch and then return the DVDs.
