All our deliveries have FULL INSURANCE against loss or damage included in the prices quoted. BEWARE of sellers who claim they are not responsible for items lost in the post.

We use a variety of delivery methods. The available delivery options are outlined in each listing. The standard delivery option is Royal Mail Second Class but Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery are available on most items (at an extra cost).

The majority of our items are despatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. However depending on how busy we are and stock levels this can take up to 28 working days. We carry a vast range of stock and so delays for lack of stock are rare.

We always send an email to confirm receipt of payment and a further one to confirm despatch. Different delivery methods have varying timescales for delivery as outlined below

Royal Mail stipulate that an item is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed since the date of despatch. Once this period has elapsed we will offer a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement.

There is no waiting period for these claims. Please return the item with its original packaging to us. We will then offer a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement. Please email us before returning any damaged items.
