Payment: UK residents. We accept personal cheque,credit/debit card or Paypal. Non UK residents: We accept Paypal only.

Exchange: Items to be exchanged must be returned within 14 days of sale with labels still attached and payment to cover P&P for exchange item. On receipt of the both, the exchange item will be despatched.

Refund: Items must be returned, with labels still attached within 14 days of sale. You will receive a refund for the item. Postage cannot be refunded.

POLITE NOTICE:(sadly our experience on eBay makes this notice necessary) EXCHANGES & REFUNDS: Items must be returned UNUSED and in re-saleable condition - THIS MEANS NOT SMELLING OF BODY ODOUR, DAMP OR ANYTHING ELSE WHICH RENDERS THEM UNSELLABLE. Manufacturers labels must still attached.
