I will exchange goods where spossible and if not will refund cost of item only, as long as goods are unworn and unmarked. On returning goods please make sure PROOF OF POSTAGE is obtained from the post office. You will need this if the goods go missing in the post. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ALL POSTAGE COSTS. Returned goods should contain postage fees of postal order, cheque or well hidden cash if an exchange is to be posted back to the customer.
