Items can be returned to me for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Returns should be notified to me in writing by email/fax or by phone (07801 849555). Items should be returned by trackable postal service and should be in perfect unopened, unused, resaleable condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. A refund of the original purchase price (original P&P is not refundable) will be processed by the same means as original payment received, once the product has been safely received by Biker Paradise and within 30 days but generally sooner.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product you can return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (where applicable). Please call me on 07801 849555 to discuss in the first instance.
