| Q:Do you combine postage? |

| A:We do give reductions on the postage for multiple buys. Generally each extra item 95p (UK postage, £1.50 for international), extra items are classed as the lowest weight items. However the maximum we will charge is £8.50 UK - £14.00-17.50 international. |
| Q:How long will it take to be delivered? |

| A:All items are delivered within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) of payment being cleared by first class post or air mail for international. Larger packs will be sent by courier. We do not post on a Saturday. |
| Q:Can I return my item if not suitable? |

| A:All items have a no quibble guarantee and can be returned for a refund (excluding postage) providing it is returned within 7 days and with all tags intact. |

| A:If for any reason there is a problem with your item please contact BFC immediately. Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us and every step possible will be taken to ensure you have a pleasing outcome. |
