All goods sold by BBBilliards Ltd are covered by a gaurantee.
All New goods sold by us carry a full 12 month guarantee. All these goods have been manufactured to exacting standards and we guarantee that should any defect in materials or workmanship occur within 12 months of the date of purchase (but not damage caused by misuse or negligence), we will repair or at our option, replace the defective part free of charge - always provided that the goods have been used for normal purposes, in the UK.
All SI, Customer Return or Refurbished goods (which will be clearly stated in the listing if they are) carry a full 6 month guarantee. All these goods have been manufactured to exacting standards and returned to those high standards of finish unless stated in the listing, we guarantee that should any defect in materials or workmanship occur within 6 months of the date of purchase out side that outlined in the listing (but not damage caused by misuse or negligence), we will repair or at our option, replace the defective part free of charge - always provided that the goods have been used for normal purposes, in the UK.
This warranty in no way diminishes the buyer's statutory rights.
Important: Your goods will come with a sales receipt, please remember to keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase as sales receipts must accompany all claims made within the warranty period.
Returns:
We are committed to selling high quality products we hope you will enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) within 7 working days.
To return any unwanted or defective item(s) please contact us.
A service representative will contact you within 48hrs of recieving your return request. If you do not recieve a response within 48hrs, please check your spam folder or email us directly via your eBay account.
Customers will be liable for all postage costs incured by BBBilliards Limited (outward and return) on goods 'not wanted' or 'incorrectly ordered'. Once goods are recieved back your refund will be organised less the costs as above.
For goods damaged in transit or faulty goods we will either replace the goods entirely or replace the damaged part at no cost to the buyer. We do need to know about the damage within the 7 day assesment period. PLEASE NOTE: in order to be protected regarding damage, please make sure you check the goods thoroughly when signing for it, including opening the package and making sure it is not damaged, if there is any sign of damage or any obviouse damage write "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Some times drivers are under alot of pressure to make deliveries and do not want to wait for you to assess the package and goods properly, in this case write "DAMAGED" next to your signature to be safe.
