We use a range of curriers to suite the deliver requirements of the order, taking into account the service requested, the product and the location of the delivery. We use FEDEX, City Link, UPS, NightFreight, Palletways, Davies Turner, Specialist Curriers and Royal Mail. FEDEX, City Link UPS and NightFreight curriers follow the following general proceedures:

• Delivery will be attempted twice and a card left, after the second card the package will be held in the local depot for a couple of days for you to contact themregarding the delivery and then the package is returned.
• Claims regarding damage in transit are only accepted if the reciever writes "DAMAGED" next to there signature when signing to recieve any parcel. NOTE: Be sure to chack the package and the goods in side thoroughly before signing. Some times due to the preasures put on drivers to make lots of deliveries they may not want to wait for you to check the package properly, in this occasion just write "DAMAGED" next to your signature to be safe.
• Deliveries are made anytime from 0830hrs to 1730hrs.
• All deliveries need to be signed for unless you contact us prior to dispatch with a place you would like the package left or some one you would like it left with.

The other curriers follow similar rules, Royal Mails proceedures can be found at royalmail.com, though we assume you have experiance in recieving goods via royal mail. Palletways, Davies Turner and our specialist curriers are generally only used for large goods deliveries, 7ft tables, slate bed tables etc, these curriers are able to comunicate very well on when they will be making deliveries and will arange the day with you, and even a time. If you are not in on an arranged delivery time and date you will be charged £50 for the missed delivery, though we have never had this happen yet.

Most orders are delivered within 1-5 days but please see individual listings for delivery lead times. Deliveries are guaranteed to be with you in no more than 14days.

NOTE: Working days/hrs are 0900hrs to 1700hrs monday to friday.

**Delivery to any UK Island (excluding the channel islands) and to Northern Island is an extra £18 to the prices listed above and in the listing.

Couriers will leave a card if no one is home to accept delivery with a number to call to arrange re-delivery. Please reply promptly to these cards, "within 2 days", to avoid the parcel being returned to us as the buyer will be responsible for a second delivery charge if the package is returned undeliverable.
