We aim to ship all items within 48hrs of receipt of cleared payment.

For UK mainland shipping we will charge no more than £9 for as many individual items as you can fit into a large box.

We do not make any profit on our shipping - the price charged includes Tissue paper, labels, ink, bags, boxes, bubble wrap etc.

If you have not received your item within 5 days of receiving an email from us to say your item has been sent, please let us know. (1 week for items sent by Standard parcels)

Items sent internationally can take around 1 week to arrive

We obtain a certificate of postage for every item sent.
