SIZE & ORDERING ADVICE

Please take your time choosing and ordering your garment its colour and size: if in doubt about sizes, please measure a similar item that fits you and use those measurements. Most email questions are from buyers asking for garment measurements which are already on the listing and whether they can return it when it clearly says yes you can return it! Some measurements are just not needed and I do not show them. If you need it, the measurement from armpit to armpit across the chest is half the bust measurement. Care taken checking your measurements before placing an order helps cut down risk of having to return it (see below) and postage costs are kept to a minimum. If you always wear the same size then you should buy that size irrespective of the garment measurements that may be quite a lot more than the standard size which will be due to its style shape fitting etc. You should not buy a different size just because you are buying without trying it on. 

If you find your usual size is on tight side you should buy the next size up; if its usually too loose/big for you, your best bet is to order the size below. Please read item description and look at the photos carefully, I try to be very clear about the item size, measurements, fitting/shape etc. 

When it comes to sizes, we are all different shapes and sizes, some people are out of proportion e.g. top half bigger than bottom half (or vice-versa).  Please be realistic about fitting into your size, remember if you cannot walk into a shop and buy your size off the rail and expect it to fit you, its highly unlikely the same size in my shop will fit you either! 

Choosing a colour: Most photos are high resolution professionally taken and a true indication of the garment colour. Flash photography can sometimes make colours look brighter than they actually are. 

Quality control mad!  I personally treble-check every item making sure it has its buttons, belts and its bits are in order before it leaves to ensure you receive it in perfect condition, correctly labelled and securely packaged.  Brand new garments (with manufacturers tags) are direct from trusted manufacturers who produce high quality garments often sold in top retail outlets at high prices.  Saying  that, if something is not right please email me immediately to resolve.

Honesty is the best policy:  Items are brand new with tags (BNWTs) including manufacturer's garment care advice tags.  I occasionally sell a few of my own bits which are clearly distinguishable from the new shop BNWT items.   Please read Returns below
