We are away and returns on 19 December 2009.  

If you have paid for your items by 30 November, your items have been sent.  You may experience a longer wait due to this Christmas Holiday season.  

We may not have ready access to an internet based computer, so it will take longer to address and reply you.  If you have questions regarding your purchases, please message or email us and wait for our reply. Please allow us to reply you before submitting any claims / disputes to Paypal. 

Delivery takes 7 - 25 working days (almost a month).   It takes longer to other parts of Europe - past experience has been 4 - 5 working weeks (meaning more than 30 days). 

We ask for your patience.  Please note for payments through echecks, items are only mailed after clearance, not the day you submitted payment.
