| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Definitely. A combined invoice saves you postage cost & for us, transaction fee charged by Paypal. As sellers, we rather you saves. So please wait for an invoice with reduced postage shown. If you do not see the reduced postage, that means the invoice has not been manually combined by us. Ebay's auto-combine invoice doesn't work effectively. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We mail from Kuala Lumpur Malayisa and we mail items within 24 - 48 hrs. of receiving payment. However, we cannot control the delivery period as it's in the hands of the postal offices. Generally, items take 7 - 25 working days. Currently we are experiencing a 3 week delay on some deliveries. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We charge a flat rate of S&H. The rates are stated on the listing page and additional items ship at 50% off. Stamens & epoxy stickers ship at 60% off. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we ship internationally. Our buyers were mainly from Europe (UK, France, Sweden, Netherland, Malta, Cyprus, Greece & etc), United States, Canada, Australia and even Singapore & Malaysia. |

| A:You'll receive a despatched notification to your email notifying you that your item has been processed and despatched. Please allow delivery time for the items to arrive. |
| Q:I need items for a specific event. |

| A:If you require some items for a wedding, birthday and etc, please allow 5 weeks delivery time. Why? Because items can get lost in the mail or damaged or we have sent you the wrong colour (oops!), and having sufficient time will allow us to mail you a new set. We are committed to your satisfaction. |

| A:Hi, before you do this, please message us and give us a chance to explain and work out a win-win situation. A negative feedback cost us refund fees given by Ebay. As it is, Ebay has profit tremendously from sellers and buyers. Pls let's just work it out. |

| A:Majority of the items we have in our store are available on wholesale. We have obtained very good DHL express mailing rates and all your wholesale items will be mailed via DHL express with tracking no. Items arrived secured and right to your door. Please enquire. |
| Q:In what condition will my items arrived in? |

| A:Much as we want the items to arrived pristine, sory we cannot control how the evelopes will look like when it drops into your mail box. We tape our envelopes with cellophone tapes to prevent tearing. Bubble wrap butterflies, stamens and flower gems. Insert cardboard papers with ribbons & butteflies to prevent too much movement & breakage. |
