Please contact me regarding any problems and we aim to reply to your email within 24hrs (during working days.)  We offer an exchange or refund policy - items must be returned in the same condition they were received, they must be unworn and in resaleable condition with the original packaging undamaged & labels intact within 7 working days.  If the above conditions of return are not adhered to then unfortunately NO refund or exchange can be given.  (Please note: buyers are responsible for any extra P&P incurred) Items which are Clearance Bargains, are specially ordered or when BEST OFFERS have been accepted, along with tights, socks and accessories can neither be exchanged or refunded.  All refunds will incur a restocking fee of 15% to cover necessary business related costs this will be deducted from the cost of the item and postage costs are non refundable.
