 | A: Where you have bought goods for your own private use as a consumer, you must notify our Customer Service team via email at info@avantebathrooms.com within 7 working days after the date of date of receipt of the delivery and return the ordered goods to us.

 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Absolutely! We will always try to send multiple buys out together and if we do this, we will only charge you for a single delivery cost. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We try to send out all goods within 72 hours of payment being received and will usually dispatch within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays). Orders received and paid for by 12 Noon on a working weekday will be sent out on the same day. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: We charge £15 for delivery to anywhere in Mainland UK. If you spend over £250 with us then we'll be delighted to deliver for free! If we are able to ship more than one product to you at the same time then we will only charge a single delivery charge. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: At the moment we do not ship internationally but we are looking into this at present as we would like to be able to offer goods overseas. If you are interested in one of our products being shipped overseas then please contact us at info@avantebathrooms.com and we will do our best to help you! |
