Once the Order is placed through the autogateway Site we will not dispatch goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in full. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer. Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped from the distribution center direct to customer. Our Website is updated every hour, so sometimes it may happen that the part may be available on the web page which infect is not there in the stock. The system in such instance will give you the confirmation of the part availability if it is not updated and you may place your order, but we will not be bound by this confirmation to serve every particular person. However your order will be taken care of and the goods will be delivered on first come first serve basis and it would be purely your choice to wait in the queue or just cancel the order.

When you shop online at autogateway Site, we make every effort to ensure that each transaction will be completely safe. If your credit information is stolen because you used your credit card to make an online purchase at autogateway, we will make sure that you do not have to pay any fraudulent charges made to your account, provided that the following procedures are followed:
If any fraudulent charges are made to your credit card in connection with your shopping experience at autogateway Site, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified out with this period. The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility. We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during transit or fitting. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Some special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer's policy on returns.
Where goods are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure or interruption.

If the reason for returning the part is a mistake on our behalf and we have delivered you a wrong part, we will refund the parts and carriage costs, providing they are returned within seven days they have not been fitted or tempered and are in original condition and packaging

In the event where a buyer mistakenly orders the wrong product. The Seller will refund the cost of the goods (less the initial delivery charge and restacking charges) when they are received back by the Seller in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded.
