This shop is dedicated to raising Autism & Disability Awareness. All products are either manufactured by people connected with autism or resold by people whose lives have been touched by Autism. All make a donation in their own way to Autism charities, but this is not a charity shop. Please read my  page before bidding. We will without any quibble exchange or refund any faulty items which are returned to us within 30days.
No refunds will be made until faulty items have been returned.
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem and we will rectify it ASAP.
If you don't recieve your item with 7 days (UK) and 14 days (overseas) please let know and we sort it out.
We are human and live in the wonderful world of Autism, if we make a mistake let us know and we will sort it out.

Special Orders is something we love do, but sometimes, in our eagerness to help out we promise too much, if you want a special order making up, please keep nagging us about it! I have to be honest and say if we haven't listed the order for you within 5 days, then we have forgotten about it or accidentally deleted the messages!
